For Families with Special Needs

You are welcomed, accepted & loved.

We believe it is all a part of God’s plan to care, love and welcome children and adults with special needs into our church fellowship and community.  We offer programs, classes and events that are designed to make our participants feel valued and welcomed as they grow in their knowledge and faith in Jesus.

Assisted Learning: In His Image

9:00am |  Middle School & High School | Room 102
Modified Bible teaching lesson for those that require a less stimulating environment.

Assisted Learning: Creation to Christ

10:40am | Teens 16 and older & Adults | Room 102
The class provides a safe and welcoming environment as well as modified Bible teaching lessons. For those that require a less stimulating environment.

Preschool and Elementary Special Needs: Tree Toppers

It is our desire to see every child integrated with their peers in Sunday school. For those that require a less stimulating environment, we offer a sensory/Sunday school room. When available we have one on one buddies for those children that may benefit from that.

This intake form will helps prepare our staff and volunteers to welcome you and be equipped to provide a safe environment that meets the unique needs of your loved one.

Friday, March 15  |  6-9pm

Breathe is designed to be a Respite night for families with special needs children. Loving your special needs child is fulfilling, but like everything worthwhile, it takes energy and hard work. When you work hard, it’s only natural that you also need rest. Our Breathe events are offered two times a year from 6-9pm. We look forward to enjoying the company of your special needs child and their siblings while you take a moment to Breathe.

Jesus Prom

Friday, Sept. 6  |  6-9pm

Jesus Prom is an amazing event for our friends in the community with special abilities! Our guests arrive at a Candy Land theme prom, where they are greeted with limo rides to the red carpet, salon, makeup, shoe shines, horse-drawn carriage rides, dinner, dancing, games, and so much more! It is a night full of pure joy and smiles for everyone. We can’t wait to see you there! (All guests must be registered.)
